License & Activation

• The product key you purchased is a prepaid license and is not compatible with any pre-installed Microsoft software.
• This is an original Microsoft product.
• Before installing, uninstall any existing version of Microsoft Office or Visio from your PC.
• Restart your computer after uninstalling. This step is important to avoid compatibility issues.

⚠️ Microsoft has gradually ended support for some older products. As a result, telephone activation is no longer available.

Installation

Before installing, make sure that any previous versions of Microsoft Office or Visio have been fully removed from your computer. Restart your device after uninstalling to prevent compatibility issues.

Installation Steps:

1. Locate the installer

Once the download is complete, find the installer file. It is usually located in your Downloads folder. Double-click the file and select Install. When prompted to allow the app to make changes to your device, click Yes.

Important: An active internet connection is required, as the installer downloads the necessary files directly from Microsoft.

2. Complete the installation

After granting permission, the installation process will begin automatically. Please wait until it finishes.

3. Open Microsoft Visio 2024

After installation is complete:

• Click the Start button (Windows icon in the bottom-left corner).
• Select All apps to view your installed programs.
• Scroll to find Microsoft Visio 2024 or the Microsoft Office folder.
• Alternatively, type Visio 2024 into the Windows search bar for quick access.
• (Optional) Right-click the app and choose Pin to Start or Pin to taskbar for easier access in the future.

4. Activate the product

Open Visio 2024 and navigate to Account in the bottom-left corner. Click Change Product Key, located on the right below the Office icons.

5. Enter your activation key

Enter the product key you received by email and follow the on-screen instructions. Once completed, your copy of Microsoft Visio 2024 will be fully activated.
